The 8th installment of our beloved space opera has been given a title.

And so the speculation / theory-crafting begins!  What does the title imply?
Here are a few things to ponder.

Will Luke train Rey and die making her the last Jedi OR if we look at the Return of the Jedi, Luke becoming a Jedi eventually led to the him eventually training new Jedi (albeit the novels are no longer canon)- and as such maybe Jedi is used in plural?

But wait.. let’s let this sink in… LAST JEDI… LAST…

A few mysteries were of course left off by episode 7 that we hope get addressed in Ep. 8 such as :

• Who are Rey’s parents? and as such how/why is she such a powerful force wielder?
• What the heck is Luke doing on that island?
• Why is Kylo Ren / Ben Solo so pissy over Rey, are they related?
• If Han and Leia had a son, did Chewbacca produce any hairy furrballs along the way too?

Star Wars: The Last Jedi comes out in December and we are giddy just thinking about it!
